Roofing Dalton GA -- Serving Dalton and 25 Mile Surrounding Area

I have been in the home construction business for over 25 years. We take special pride in building houses, and whether it is a "spec" house or a custom home, we build every house as if I were personally going to live in it. We use the best materials, building methods, and tools that are available at any given time. In 2008 when the housing and banking crisis hit, we were forced as many in our industry were, to adjust and change our business. We still built additions, remodeled house, and performed many other construction projects for our previous customers and their families and friends. I also started a lawn care company in 2008 - AAA Lawn Care. But re-roofing houses and saving people money became another passion.

I found that many roofing companies in the Dalton area were and still are charging enormous prices for re-roofing. I saw an opportunity to enter the roofing business using the same knowledge I had acquired years ago and save my customers hundreds, and sometimes thousands) of dollars for the same or higher quality roof. That is what I want to help you with. My desire and mission is to provide you with a high quality roof at the lowest possible price. Quality will not be sacrificed to save you this money. Our motto is "Quality Roofing for Less." That's exactly what you will get.

About

What is "TPO?" Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roofing membranes are among the fastest growing commercial roofing products and have gained broad industry acceptance for their many performance and installation advantages. Photo at left shows a TPO roof being installed. We installed our last TPO roof on a commercial building on Hwy ALT 52 in Chatsworth, GA. If you are experiencing problems with your commercial roof, call us at 706-280-9557 and let us give you a free quote on a new TPO roof.

Synthetic underlayment (commonly referred to as synthetic felt) is a high strength, woven underlayment that has been proven to be much better than 30# felt. It's slip-resistant, ten times lighter per square than felt and twenty times stronger than 30# felt. It is UV resistant and can be exposed for up to six months. The smartest builders and roofers in America use this product. This product is included with every estimate.

The photo at left shows the necessary opening at the roof's peak to correctly install ridge vent. A ridge vent is an important part of your home's roofing system. The ridge vent allows damp, warm air to escape from your attic. A property installed ridge vent increases energy efficiency and prolongs the life of the roof. After the ridge vent is installed, the roofer will then install shingles on the top of this vent to complete the job. We include new ridge vent in every estimate that we do. This includes removing your existing stationery roof vents and patching the holes with new decking.

Ice and water shield's time-tested rubberized asphalt material enables a water-tight bond with the roof deck, Ice and water shield has shown the ability to maintain a watertight seal even after nails are driven into it.
